Try out this healthy Kiwi Smoothie recipe.

Ingredients –

  • Almond Milk – 200 ml
  • Oats – 30 grams
  • Kiwi – 1 piece
  • Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted Flaxseeds – 1 teaspoon

Optional –

Almond Butter – 1 teaspoon

 

Procedure :

1) In a blender put together all ingredients except flax seeds and blend the smoothie.

2) Garnish with flaxseeds and enjoy your glass of healthy smoothie.

 

Note :

1) You can freeze your kiwi fruit in advance.

2) You can also substitute kiwi with other fruits like strawberry or blueberry.
