- Almond Milk – 200 ml
- Oats – 30 grams
- Kiwi – 1 piece
- Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted Flaxseeds – 1 teaspoon
Almond Butter – 1 teaspoon
1) In a blender put together all ingredients except flax seeds and blend the smoothie.
